I am the founder of a company providing APIs for SEO software companies & small SEO agencies and startups, right now we have 10 employees, and continuing to grow.

Used to work with previous vendors in the digital marketing field, but were not satisfies with the job done. We were looking to increase our customer base and Areanda designed the strategy and implemented it in the best way. They always were in touch.

Main goal - increase our customer base and thus boost traffic to the website and increase our brand presence

I had considered 15 companies to work with. Choose Areanda because they prepared consistent market research and showed us exactly steps which we need to take in order to achieve our increase in customer base.

There was a strategy built according to our Client persona and they made the Customer Value proposition. After this made, developed strategy with channels engaged and calculated initial ROI. Then they execute it and have expanded the strategy to target more customers.

5 experts were involved. Mainly we had worked with SEO experts, PPC expert, Strategy development specialist and project manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
here is the data I can share with: Site traffic increased by 786.32% The number of conversions increased by 208.61% New users increased by 795.53% Associated Conversions increased by 51.85%
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager was to come and report without me asking for it. The communication was via skype and email. Pretty straight forward questions were discussed and the issue was solved quickly.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Aside from the results, professionalism and being high experienced stand out the most. They took the time to study my niche and the real competition before drawing marketing strategy and any execution.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Initially, I was hesitating to take them on the board, because I had difficulty with calculating pure profit from one customer and thus margin, my comfortable cost per lead I am ready to pay, etc, etc. So I told them about it and they helped promptly, they dedicated a financing specialist who helped in working out all this 'costs'
