Rising to meet the growing demand of car rentals in the US and recognizing green approaches, the company has redesigned its policy. They have enlarged and updated their pool of vehicles.
Key achievements
Providing a wide scope of services, Aionys specializes in optimizing apps and integrating solutions. We developed a payment system with such core features as:
- voice recognition payments and user account access
- integrating insurance

Matrapac is an established producer and supplier of chemicals in Europe. It offers oil products for large enterprises, middle, and small businesses. For Matrapac, safety comes first.

Insight Memory Care Center provides services for individuals with cognitive impairment in the DC metro area. Initially, an organization focused on Alzheimer’s disease, now they offer care and support programs, as well as design education projects to help people dealing with memory-loss conditions, including families and caregivers.
The number of people suffering from memory impairment is on the constant rise and has already reached 16 million. The Center had difficulty in coping with the increasing pressure. They turned to Team A for systemization and automatization solutions as management tasks took too much time and effort.

Florti is focused on providing services to buy flowers directly from growers. They also offer transportation.
Aionys was approached by the company representatives to create an international online platform connecting flower farms, shippers, and customers. They wanted services to be client-centered and deliveries timely.

Logistics management software was made to

Now the complex offers such property amenities as a restaurant, a bar, a lounge, a fitness center, and a pool. Growing competition made digitizing and simplifying guests’ experiences a necessity to scale the business.
The company was in need of a time-saving and productivity-boosting product for active and advanced users seeking high-end hospitality experiences. They contacted Aionys for mobile app development – a solution for swift booking and a comfortable stay in the hotel.

Our end-to-end system has an intuitive interface and easy to use functionality:

The initial challenge was to manage personnel with standard click-the-button platform controls. After analyzing workforce routines, Aionys outlined an AI-powered staff management system with an integrated voice bot.

A US hospital contacted Team A to design a digital middleman between patients and medical personnel. The main concern was catering to patients who had to be immobilized as a result of a serious medical case or after a severe injury. They needed a virtual assistant enabling two-way patient-provider communication that didn’t have pushing buttons at its core.
Key achievements
The patient-oriented application enabled hands-free communication for smoother hospital workflow and more satisfied patients creating unique personalized experiences.
The voice-activated software was embedded in the control device creating emotional attachment and patient engagement.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director at Brash Product Development Inc. We’re a full-service product development firm that helps companies execute their ideas. That could be creating products from scratch or redeveloping their existing ones. Our main focus is in medical products, consumer electronics, and app and web development.
What challenge were you trying to address with Aionys?
We’ve hired them to support our mobile and web app development for our clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The work varies from client to client, but Aionys is responsible for developing iOS, Android, and web apps according to our customers’ ask. So far, we’ve done about 5–6 large projects with them, many of which are ongoing.
They’re capable of simpler projects, like building a patient portal for a medical record, as well as complex solutions such as asset tracking. The latter required us to work with them in the backend so that we could track the specific beacons that our client had set up.
What is the team composition?
We typically communicate through their project leads, but there are also other developers and designers in our Slack channel.
How did you come to work with Aionys?
We met them while working with a mutual client and saw that their work was top-notch. The communication was really good, too, so we reached out to them to see if they were open to collaborating on other client projects.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent close to $80,000–$100,000, working on an hourly basis.
What is the status of this engagement?
The first project was back in October 2018, which is still ongoing as the client’s needs have evolved over time.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our clients are very happy with all of the projects we’ve worked on together, which speaks to both our efforts and Aionys’ insights. They’re able to understand what’s useful to our clients and address their needs without pushing the project budget up through unnecessary add-ins.
How did Aionys perform from a project management standpoint?
As far as managing projects, they’re pretty accurate. The team sticks to deadlines and always stay within their quotes. If there are any delays, it’s typically on the client's side.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It’s their communication. I’ve worked with a few companies that are hard to keep track of, or it was difficult to communicate ideas with them. But that’s not the case with Aionys. It’s easy to reach out to them—they’re on our Slack channels, and we’re able to go back-and-forth about our clients’ needs to get things changed right away.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It can be a bit difficult understanding who is working on our projects because everything is facilitated through a project lead. That doesn’t affect our work much, but it’s sometimes helpful for our junior designers and engineers to reach out to their junior staff so that we aren’t always talking through project leads.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The big thing is just having clarity on what your expectations. Be descriptive, know what you can and can’t do, and just be open to what you’re trying to develop with their team. They’ll definitely give you a lot of insight into what’s useful and feasible as far as the product goes.
